W tego rodzaju rzeczywistości wiele osób nie radzi sobie z różnymi trudnościami natury osobistej i społecznej. Część z nich doświadcza wykluczenia społecznego definiowanego jako skutek różnego rodzaju niekorzystnej sytuacji społecznej. W niniejszym artykule przybliżono problematykę zagrożenia zjawiskiem wykluczenia społecznego wśród rodziców wychowujących dziecko z niepełnosprawnością. Jest to problematyka bardzo trudna do badań ze względu na fakt, że dotyka wszystkich członków rodziny, ich więzi i uczuć. Główny problem badań sformułowano w formie pytania: Czy rodzice wychowujący dziecko z niepełnosprawnością doświadczają wykluczenia społecznego i wsparcia w środowisku lokalnym? Badania pedagogiczne przeprowadzono w 2022 r. wśród 80 rodziców wychowujących dzieci z niepełnosprawnością. Wyniki badań pokazały obraz badanej grupy rodziców wychowujących dzieci z niepełnosprawnością. Zdecydowana większość z nich doświadcza na co dzień różnych form wykluczenia społecznego, w tym uprzedzeń, negatywnych zachowań, braku akceptacji. Streszczenie: The reality we live in is still often characterised by the phenomenon of social inequality known as differentiation or stratification. In this kind of reality, many people do not cope with various personal and social difficulties. Some of them experience social exclusion defined as the result of various types of social disadvantage. The article explores the risk of social exclusion among parents raising a child with a disability. This is a very difficult issue to research due to the fact that it affects all members of the family, their bonds and feelings. The main problem of the research was formulated as a question: Do parents raising a child with a disability experience social exclusion and support in the local environment? The pedagogical research was conducted in 2022 among 80 parents raising children with disabilities. The results showed a picture of the surveyed group of parents raising children with disabilities. The vast majority of them experience various forms of social exclusion on a daily basis, including prejudice, negative behaviour and lack of acceptance.

Commonly, the areas of citizen and public protection refer to health, education, social issues or culture. Accordingly, the subject literature often comes forward with the term "social security" to refer to the issues of social exclusion. It covers a widely understood state support that provides a minimum standard of living, including free access to education, cultural events and health treatment for individuals and their families. However, social security may also refer to young people involved in the educational process who do not have sufficient funds to secure their educational needs. Having the above in mind, the article aims at identifying such needs and actions taken by PSW, a university in Biała Podlaska, that help prevent social exclusion of the poorest students through providing them with different forms of material help. To achieve the goal, the article presents quantitative research conducted on a group of 884 students. The study involved a diagnostic survey in the form of a questionnaire consisting of several closed questions. Students' participation in the study was voluntary and based on a random selection. The research was conducted on-line in the period from 1 to 31 March 2017 and applied the programme STATISTICA 10 to analyze particular variables. By using statistical tests, the relationships between variables were examined. In all the analyzed cases, the significance level was assumed at p <0.05, and statistically significant responses were marked with an asterisk. Basing on the analysis of own research, we have found that over 80.0% of the respondents examined at PSW have an opportunity to meet their basic needs thanks to the material support from the university. Over 1/3 of the tested students would not be able to continue their studies without the material aid received from the institution. Additionally, it turned out that every fifth student quite often supports the closest family with the funds from the university. Accordingly, as the respondents admit, the material support received at the institution allowed them to fully satisfy their existential needs, which in turn let them concentrate on own educational needs.

Cel został zrealizowany dzięki analizie literatury przedmiotu i dokumentów regulujących funkcjonowanie wszystkich 22 LGD z województwa lubelskiego oraz desk research. Zebrany materiał poddano analizie statystycznej z zastosowaniem statystki opisowej oraz testu istotności różnic. Wykazano, że przeciwdziałanie wykluczeniu społecznemu w różnych jego wymiarach i obszarach zawarto w celach statutowych i strategiach rozwoju wszystkich LGD. Wśród nich wyodrębniono grupę szczególnie aktywnie realizujących politykę włączenia, jednak wykazano niską aktywność badanych LGD na rzecz rozwoju działań postulowanych w Krajowym Programie Rozwoju Ekonomii Społecznej. Streszczenie: The aim of the study was to characterize the functioning of the Local Action Groups (LAGs) in the 2014-2020 perspective and to assess the scale and extent of LAGs impact through the social inclusion policy for rural and urban-rural communities in Lublin voivodship. The aim was achieved through the analysis of literature as well as documents regulating the functioning of all 22 LAGs in Lubelskie Voivodship. The desk research method was also used. In the analysis of the research material elements of descriptive statistics and the significance test of differences were used. It has been demonstrated that counteracting social exclusion in various dimensions and areas was outlined in the statutory purposes and development strategies of all LAGs. Among the LAGs investigated there are entities that actively implement the policy of inclusion. However, the activity of LAGs surveyed in the activities undertaken under the National Program for the Development of Social Economy is low.
